What was your frequency last week?

Last week’s Intuition Insight was about the vibrational frequency we emit, generally known as a ‘vibe’. It is made up of our emotions, thoughts, feelings, beliefs and conditioning. But we often forgot we have control over our own vibrational frequency.

For me, last week was a very low vibrational frequency week, as I am grieving the loss of the beloved Little Miss Mildred the Frenchie. She was a remarkable little dog and loved life. She was also my shadow and followed me everywhere, and I do mean everywhere!

So naturally my vibrational frequency was one of sadness and loss.

I could have changed my vibrational frequency to be more positive, but there are times in life when we have to allow the lower vibrational frequencies to pass through and out of us. And that is how it is with grieving. To supress the emotions or to take a positive vibrational frequency is not emotional, physically or psychologically healthy for anyone.

So I spent more of last week by myself, by choice, so I could allow all those emotions to flow. Some people would need to have others around them to do that, but for me, it is a very private matter and something to do on my own.

My vibrational frequency is starting to change now as the emotions start to stabilise. That doesn’t mean the sadness and grief have gone yet, but their potency is lessening.
