Hi, I’m Ruth Richards
I am fascinated by why we do what we do. Some of it is habit, some of it is conditioning and most of it happens subconsciously and we don’t even think about it. That is until something in life happens, could be big or small, and we want things to be different.
I believe that mindset is key to everything we do in life. I also believe that paying attention to our intuition (or gut feeling) is critical to living an easier life. And I know wholeheartedly that at times we need reassurance about changing something such as getting beyond a phobia or getting a sign that we are on the right path.
